The Naas Centre for Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy
Our team of specialist counsellors, psychologists and psychotherapists, in The Naas Centre for Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy, have supported children, adolescents and adults in Naas and its locality since 2006. All our independent practitioners are qualified to the standard of the upcoming national regulatory standard and have years of experience working with a vast array of presenting issues.
Our therapists believe that every individual has their own unique needs and difficulties and through the therapeutic process we help our clients regain a space that leads to a happier and healthier life. They create a confidential, empathetic and safe space that helps our clients to gently navigate through the therapeutic process.
Our centre is located in the heart of Naas town and it has extensive health, hygiene and safety measures implemented for the peace of mind and safety of our clients and therapists.
From our location in Naas Co. Kildare we provide counselling, psychotherapy, CBT(cognitive behavioural therapy) and mindfulness. We are fully accredited counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists.
The principle focus of the therapy is to engage with the client and together identify and understand their problems and then developing ways to deal with the issues in the most appropriate manner.
We support children, adolescents, adults, families and couples traveling from many locations including Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Naas and Wicklow.
The Naas Centre for Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy are open 6 days a week Monday through Saturday from 8am to 9pm.
We provide both face to face and online sessions.
